TB Serisi Endüstriyel Kontrol Transformatörleri, 240 x 480V Primer
Acme Electric TB Serisi endüstriyel kontrol transformatörleri, daha yüksek primer gerilimi sekonder gerilime çevirerek kontrol ve otomasyon uygulamaları için uygun hale getirmek üzere tasarlanmıştır. Ayrıca, ikincil voltajın pratik sınırlar içinde sabit kalmasını sağlarken, elektromanyetik bileşenlere enerji verildiğinde oluşan anlık ani akımı da barındırırlar. Bu özellik, solenoidler, röleler veya motorlar gibi elektromanyetik cihazların aktivasyonunu içeren kontrol devreleri için kullanışlıdır. Transformatörün sargıları ve dahili terminalleri, toza, neme ve diğer çevresel faktörlere karşı ek koruma sağlamak için kapatılmış ve kapsüllenmiştir. Bu üniteler, mükemmel manyetik akı sergilemek ve çekirdek kayıplarını azaltmak için silikon çelikten yapılmıştır ve yapısal kararlılığı sağlarken çeşitli montaj boyutlarına uyum sağlamak için çelik montaj plakalarına sahiptir. Bütünleşik olarak kalıplanmış klemensleri, arkın aşırı yayılmasını önleyen izolasyon bariyerlerine sahiptir ve kolay değiştirilebilirlik için TA Serisi bloklarla eşleşecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır. UL listeli ve CSA onaylı bu transformatörler, transformatörün ikincil tarafını aşırı akım veya kısa devre koşullarından korumak için harici ikincil sigorta klipslerini barındırabilir.
